PRIVACY POLICY

Grade Auto Parts identify the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value our relationship with our Customer, and we appreciate the trust they show by providing information to us. Therefore, it is of extremely importance for us to explain how we collect, use, and protect customer details. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to www.gradeautopart.com (the “Site”, “Web Site”, “we”, or “us”). This is designed to tell you how we collect and use personal information (as defined below) so you can make an informed decision about using the Site. Please take note of this statement before using www.gradeautopart.com or submitting any personal details to us. “We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Grade will notify you of these changes by posting a revised Privacy Policy on gradeautopart.com and indicating on the Privacy Policy the date it was last updated. Your use of GradeAutopart.com following the posting of such changes or revised statement shall constitute your consent to any such changes.” We, therefore, encourage you to go through our Policy at the time you visit the Web Site to get informed whether any changes/updates been made and to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged part or incorrect part, intimate us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. The address where you need to return the item will be provided at the time of contract. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. If you return any Items to Grade Auto Parts we will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will refund once we receive the shipment. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Grade Auto Parts. If we found that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a full refund of the total sale amount. The items you return should reach to us before the warranty expires, so as to get the refund. The shipping cost for return will not be reimbursed. If the return is due to any other reasons than the one stated above, (such as customer ordered a wrong part, customer does not need the part etc) returns may subject to a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. Before ordering please concern mechanical expert the actual part needed to be ordered. We will make sure that we will send correct parts. Any items returned after warranty period will not be refundable and will be returned to sender. The deadline of receiving parts will be within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation

As customer place order they will receive an order confirmation mail in there register ID. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for instant shipment. We will try our best to deliver your order in 5–7 business days. However Grade Auto Parts takes no responsibility in delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard. Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock then we will process the shipping charge and same will ship within five business days from the date of order. We will send you tracking information within 24–48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the registered mail ID or the mail address your provide when checking out. Damages

Request you to examine the delivered packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage/loss you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@gradeautopart.com and we will process replacement or refund. Please refer our Refund Policy for more information on refunds.
