If you live in New York, like us, or at least within his own country, then Formula E receives exciting news about motorsport.
What is essentially Formula 1, with the exception of all-electric powertrains, Formula E is the world’s first all-electric racing series. Officially announced a new city street in the heart of Brooklyn.
Consists of a 1.21-mile route through Red Hook, Brooklyn, the course is laid at Pier 11 and the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. Due to the fact that lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge are visible within the track, the audience will be able to see a great competition.

This event marks one of the first major league racecourses in the history of New York. Both Formula E and Mayor Bill De Blasio agreed to take part in the race to demonstrate New York’s paramount status as a mundane venue for major events. There is also great hope for increased tourism in the city.

As an American team participating in the FIA Formula E championship, it will be great to demonstrate this sport and everything that Formula E represents for our home country. It’s incredible to see how MS Amlin Andretti racing cars compete on this track with the New York skyline in the background. ”
